It is so important to have good customer service! Going the extra mile to please the client will help give a good impression. Recently a luxury hotel in London wanted us to compete for the window cleaning contract. That week arranging the quote, they called us and asked if we can come in the next day to clean some interior glass in the restaurant area!!! What did we do? In the interest of winning the contract and setting a good impression, we went and cleaned as they asked. That's customer service!

2. Good First Impression

Your website, social media, your van, the clothes you wear, your manner - All need to be giving off the right impression. Make sure everything is well arranged and remember first impressions count!

3. Credentials
